EF Products is a major supplier of high quality automotive air conditioning products to many national automotive and hardware chains.

EF Products is a full line supplier of R-134a Aerosol Chemicals, Lubricants, UV Dye products, Retrofit Kits, Tools and Equipment that includes unique Charging & Measuring Kits. All products are sold under the "QUEST" brand.

EF Products, Inc. started in 1993 with an innovative-patented tube dispenser for products used in the automotive air conditioner system. These patented tubes provided a low cost method for installing lubricants and stop leak products into a R-12 or R-134a air conditioning system.

This same year, EF Products introduced the first closed system Retrofit Kit which to date has successfully retrofitted over a million vehicles.

In 2000, EF Products entered the aerosol packaging of R-134a refrigerant and derivative products. Many of the tube products are now available in an aerosol can.

EF Products continues to introduce new and innovative products like it's #306 Quick Cool with plastic dispensing coupler, #325 / #326 Super Seal, #416 Recharge Hose with in-line gauge, #311 Stop Leak w/ lock-on dispenser and #332 / #333 UV Dye 5 and 30 Shot.

Company History

1993 TUBES FOR R-12 SYSTEMS (PATENT) allowing DIY customer to continue installing Oil Charge, Stop Leak, Leak Finder and Maxi-Cool
1994 FIRST R-12 TO R-134a CLOSED SYSTEM RETROFIT KIT. Part #402 (patented) enabled the DIY customer to save hundreds of dollars. It was two years before the competition would introduce an aerosol version.
1995 TUBES FOR R-134a SYSTEMS allowing DIY customer to install #226 PAG PLUS, #227 ESTER EXTRA and #228 LEAK FINDER.
1996 introduced #229 COOL DOWN in patented tubes. Product was a R-134a version of the R-12 Maxi-Cool which takes moisture out of an A/C system.
1997 introduced R-12 TO R-134a GAUGE & HOSE CONVERSION KIT Part #430 which enabled the DIY customer to salvage and use old R-12 set.
1998 introduced R-134a MANIFOLD GAUGE & RECHARGE KIT. Part #404 was the lowest cost DIY way to test the pressure, at either the high side or low side service port, in order to diagnose system.
1999 SUPER SEAL (PATENTED) Part #250 and #251 allowed the DIY customer to seal metal leaks in condensers, evaporators, accumulators, compressors and rubber parts potentially saving them thousands of dollars.
2001 SUPER SEAL (PATENTED) Part #325 Aerosol one-can installation.
2001 PLASTIC RECHARGE HOSE. (PATENTED) Part #401P offering the lowest cost recharge hose.
2002 VACUUM PACK SUPER SEAL(PATENTED). Part #326 is for R-12, R-22, HVAC AND OTHER ALTERNATIVE REFRIGERANTS using a vacuum packed can making the product legal to sell to DIY customer.
2002 QUICK COOL WITH DISPENSER #306 The dispenser top included a metal insert within the plastic coupler.
2002 RECHARGE HOSE WITH IN-LINE GAUGE. (PATENT) Part #416 offers an easier way for the DIY customer to add refrigerant and check the pressure at the same time.
2003 LOCK-ON DISPENSER (PATENTED / PATENT PENDING) A low cost installation of aerosol products into an 134a system. Eliminates cross contamination and venting of products contents.
2003 30 SHOT UV DYE. (PATENTED / PATENT PENDING) uses patented hose that holds a vacuum, which allows installer a quick and easy way to inject dye.
